Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Attendant located in Chennai. The Food and Beverage Attendant will be responsible for supporting daily food service operations, including preparing and serving food and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role involves interacting with guests, taking orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction in alignment with Pricol Gourmet’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage service
- Strong Customer Service and effective Communication skills
- Experience in Food Service and familiarity with hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of hospitality or prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food service are advantageous
