Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Associate for a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and serving orders, preparing and presenting food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas. You will work closely with team members to ensure a high-quality experience for guests, assisting in dining operations as needed and adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Basic Culinary Skills and understanding of food safety protocols
- Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an asset
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus
