Role Description
The Food and Beverage Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The role involves delivering high-quality food and beverage services to guests while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards, and assisting in daily restaurant or catering operations. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Hotel Management Degree/Diploma
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards in a hospitality setting
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus
- Adaptability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
