Role Description

The Food and Beverage Associate is a full-time, on-site position located in Vasant Vihar. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Responsibilities include taking and serving orders, addressing guest inquiries, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas, and adhering to health and safety regulations. You will also assist in setting up events, managing inventories, and ensuring smooth coordination with kitchen and other hotel teams to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• Customer service and guest interaction skills, including a friendly demeanor and problem-solving capabilities
• Food and beverage knowledge, including familiarity with menu items, dietary restrictions, and serving etiquette
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members and coordinate effectively
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills to manage orders, maintain cleanliness, and oversee supplies
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is preferred
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
• A positive attitude, professional presentation, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
