Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food And Beverage Assistant Manager at our Bengaluru flagship location. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, monitor food and beverage preparation, ensure exceptional customer service, supervise and train team members, and manage budgets to maintain profitability. They will also assist in implementing operational guidelines and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards while ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Proficiency in Customer Service and team management
- Experience in staff Training and development
- Skills in Budgeting and financial management
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for coffee, sustainability, and delivering high-quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
