Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kozhikode for a Food and Beverage Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, serving meals, and ensuring a high standard of customer service within a clinical wellness setting. You will work closely with the kitchen and service team to uphold the integration of nutrition as a therapeutic offering, maintaining a relaxed and welcoming environment for guests. Additional duties include maintaining hygiene standards, collaborating with team members to support meal delivery logistics, and communicating with guests to ensure a delightful dining experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Food Preparation and handling techniques
- Proficiency in Food Service and working within the Food & Beverage industry
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on personalized guest care
- Excellent Communication skills for seamless interaction with guests and team members
- Ability to work on-site and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Awareness of hygiene and safety standards in a food preparation and dining environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or wellness industries is advantageous
- A positive and professional attitude with a passion for wellness and customer satisfaction
