Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant based at The Forest Club Resort & Spa Karjat. The role involves assisting in the preparation and service of food and beverages, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Food and Beverage Assistant will support day-to-day dining operations, manage guest requests, and contribute to delivering a memorable dining experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Preparation and knowledge of food safety standards
- Skills in Food Service and a thorough understanding of Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or F&B services is a plus
