Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Ahmedabad. As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences through excellent customer service, food preparation, and food service. Your responsibilities include assisting in food and beverage operations, ensuring cleanliness, meeting service standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will also support the team in delivering unforgettable service that aligns with the Radisson Hotel Group’s quality and ethos.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Service, with attention to detail in maintaining quality standards
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and personalized guest experience
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and practices
- Effective Communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues courteously
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred
- Hotel Management Diploma/Degree is required
