Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant based in Puducherry. The Food and Beverage Assistant will handle daily operations, including preparing and serving food and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining areas. Other responsibilities include supporting the team during food service, ensuring a high standard of service, and addressing customer inquiries to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage service for ensuring quality and consistency
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and professional guest experience
- Knowledge of Food Service practices and standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality setting
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is advantageous
- Relevant certifications in food safety or hospitality management are a plus
