We’re on the lookout for a sharp, creative, and data-driven Growth Hacker to drive user acquisition, retention, and scale as we prepare for a major launch in Summer 2025.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role — ideal for someone who’s hands-on, thinks like a founder, and is obsessed with cracking growth.

What You’ll Do
- Design and run data-backed growth experiments across channels
- Build and optimize user acquisition funnels, onboarding journeys, and retention loops
- Drive product virality, referrals, and community-led growth
- Own performance metrics and consistently move the needle
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering to align growth with product velocity
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product-led growth
- Proven track record of scaling products from 0 to 1 or early growth stages
- Strong command of growth tools, analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
- A hacker mindset: creative, scrappy, and data-obsessed
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, B2C apps, or early-stage startups
