Location: Duluth, GA or White, GA

 

Responsibilities:

  • This position will require a candidate to be on-site at a production warehouse in White, GA or to work from the Duluth, GA office and make weekly business trips to the production warehouse as needed (1~2 times per week.
  • Analyze & compare data, resolve system issues, and suggest operation process improvements.
  • Compare daily inventory data and analyze discrepancies between collaborating systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot in-house developed Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Provide business process analysis, process reformation and/or IT systems modification suggestions in accordance with proposed changes.
  • Perform employee interviews to gather relevant data, process & analyze them with various tools, come up with innovative suggestions and present an organized proposal to concerned parties.
  • Document all steps of PI procedures, write standard operation process manuals and train employees.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other team departments in increasing overall efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  • Operational experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Extensive knowledge of warehouse operation process and workflow.
  • 3+ years of warehouse work experience.
  • Excellent Excel, presentation (PPT), verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Korean.

 

Preferred Experiences and Skills:

  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) development experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Database and SQL queries.
  • Java Spring Framework development experience.
  • Oracle DBMS development experience.
  • Bachelor in IT & Computer Science, or equivalent/related education or degree.
