Customer Success Specialist(MyRepChat)(Remote)

FMG Suite is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our MyRepChat clients. This includes onboarding new clients, training them on the platform, and being their go-to resource for any questions or issues that may arise. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive product adoption and expansion within your client accounts. This is a remote position with a competitive salary range of $16 - $21.50/hr.
