Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited is an established name in the salt and sodium chloride industry. We are expanding our FMCG footprint and looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our growth in key markets.
The Role
We're hiring an experienced FMCG Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build distributor and retailer networks, and lead a high-performing field sales team from our Jaipur headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
• Build, manage, and expand distributor and retailer networks across assigned territories
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and field staff
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Plan and execute trade promotions, product launches, and visibility initiatives
• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, modern trade partners, and wholesale channels
• Ensure timely collections and healthy channel hygiene
What We're Looking For
• 5–10 years of hands-on FMCG sales experience, preferably in food, personal care, or household products
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of general trade, modern trade, and distribution management
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing field teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
