Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and execution-focused FMCG Sales & Distribution Manager to help scale Dr.WELLNESSON products across retail stores, distributors, supermarkets, and wellness channels.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:
FMCG retail expansion
Distributor handling
General trade sales
Market execution
Secondary sales growth
Retail outlet onboarding
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution
Appoint and manage distributors across Telangana
Expand retail network and onboard new outlets
Drive secondary sales through distributors
Ensure stock movement and market visibility
Market Expansion
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Build relationships with supermarkets, kirana stores, wellness stores, and modern trade outlets
Increase product availability and shelf presence
Team Coordination
Coordinate with promoters, distributors, and field sales executives
Monitor sales targets and execution activities
Support local activations and sampling campaigns
Brand Growth
Execute local marketing activities
Support product launches and in-store promotions
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Reporting
Maintain sales reports and distributor performance data
Track market coverage and outlet growth
Provide weekly updates to management
Preferred Candidate Profile
3+ years of FMCG sales experience
Strong knowledge of general trade and distributor networks
Experience handling food/snack/FMCG categories preferred
Ability to travel and execute on-ground activities
Good communication and relationship management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership attitude

Existing distributor or retailer network in Telangana
Experience in healthy food / snacks / wellness category
