Job Title: FM, TOF & CoC Certification Auditor – Empanelment

About the Role
MACC CERT is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for empanelment as certification auditors for:
- Forest Management (FM)
- Trees Outside Forests (TOF)
- Chain of Custody (CoC)
Selected auditors will be engaged on an assignment basis to conduct certification and surveillance audits in accordance with applicable IFWCS PRAMAAN and conformity-assessment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site certification and surveillance audits.
- Review client documents, processes and compliance records.
- Identify and report non-conformities.
- Prepare clear, accurate and timely audit reports.
- Maintain impartiality, confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Coordinate with MACC CERT’s technical and certification teams.
- Travel to audit locations as required.
Eligibility
Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications and professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Forestry and forest management
- Agroforestry, agriculture, horticulture or trees outside forests
- Wood science, forest products or natural resource management
- Supply-chain management, wood processing, paper, furniture, plywood, packaging or related sectors
Applicants should have relevant audit experience and knowledge of applicable certification requirements. Completion of relevant FM, TOF or CoC auditor training, along with ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 19011:2018 auditor training, will be preferred.
Understanding of ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and IFWCS PRAMAAN requirements is desirable.
