SUMMARY OF POSITION:
As a Hardware Assembler 1, you will be trained to kit helicoids for jobs, trained to install helicoids, cut gaskets or masking, and install dowel pins on repeat or proven parts with simple to high complexity on a various material such as aluminum, steel, plastic, and copper with direction from area Lead or Supervisor.
- Operate a variety of pneumatic or electric power finishing tools such but not limited to orbital sander, DA sander, flappers and die grinders.
- Ensure an accurate router accompanies all work orders
- Determine quantity of hardware required for each work order and kit for installation.
- Label and isolate non-conforming material to prevent accidental use.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Enrolled in vocational education for machine technology or practical aspects of blueprint reading, GD&T preferred.
