Product Marketing
Location: Pune
As a Product Marketer at FlytBase, you will be a key member of our marketing team responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that promote our drone autonomy software platform to our target audience. You will work closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to create and communicate the value proposition of our product, drive customer adoption, and contribute to revenue growth.

The team comprises young engineers and designers from top-tier universities such as IIT-B, IIT-KGP, University of Maryland, Georgia Tech, COEP, SRM, KIIT and with deep expertise in drone technology, computer science, electronics, aerospace, and robotics.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience, highlighting the unique value of our drone autonomy software platform.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product releases, including product launches, and sales enablement materials.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Content: Produce high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, sales presentations, case studies, and blog posts, to educate and engage target customers.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate the value of our product to customers.
- Customer Advocacy: Develop and maintain relationships with satisfied customers, turning them into advocates who can provide testimonials and participate in case studies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on data and insights.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors' offerings, pricing, and positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product marketing initiatives.

Compensation:
