Role and Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management- Manage relationships with FlytBase's global partner and customer network.
- Solve business problem statements of customers/partners using a consultative approach.
- Create awareness about Drone Autonomy and helping customers understand the right drone solution for their use case.
- Build and explain the business case for FlytBase's offerings via presentations, face-to-face meetings and trade shows. This will also involve developing and refining sales collateral (eg. presentations, white papers, case studies, blogs).
- Qualify and nurture leads from across the world and convert MQLs to SQLs to paid customers while tracking conversion rates, timelines, cost of customer acquisition etc.
- Work with partners across the world to help them with techno- commercial proposals, tenders, docking station hardware, and enterprise integrations.
- Analytics and Reporting- Track and report key business metrics using tools such as CRMs, mail tracking, conferencing, content sharing, and contract management tools.
- Analyze the competitive context for FlytBase's offerings.
- Leverage Business Intelligence and analytical tools to track and optimize relevant business metrics.
- Automate business operations for quicker turnaround times.
- Provide market and customer insights to product managers and marketing teams.
- Last but not the least- travel to international trade shows to represent FlytBase's Global presence.

- Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
- Demonstrate 0+ years of full-time experience in enterprise SaaS marketing and sales.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying how drones can effectively solve customer problems.
- Are able to thrive in a fast- paced startup environment, adapting quickly to meet customer needs and address challenges.
- Possess a deep understanding of business metrics, and growth strategies, understanding Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), reducing churn rates, and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Possess the ability to leverage AI technologies to improve business development strategies, automate tasks, and drive data- driven decision-making.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in commonly used productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Are willing to be held accountable for lead generation and/or revenue targets.
- Are available for a full-time role based in Pune.
- Are willing to work evenings and weekends to coordinate across time zones and ensure timely customer interactions.
- Possess a passion for closing sales and a readiness to provide exceptional customer service on a 24x7 basis.

Note: MBA degree is not required. Drone/Robotics/IoT/AI/SaaS industry experience is a plus.
