FlynnO'Hara Uniforms is a family-owned, Philadelphia-based company specializing in high-quality school uniforms, gym apparel, and medical attire since 1972. We pride ourselves on offering a supportive and friendly work environment, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay.
We are currently hiring several Seasonal Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our Philadelphia Corporate Office team. We're looking for individuals who are resourceful, personable, patient, quick learners, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and phone communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
Initial interviews will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service over the phone.

Assist customers with product inquiries and order-related questions.

Accurately process new orders and verify order details.

Guide customers in selecting the proper fit for school uniforms.

Become familiar with our product lines and internal systems.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1–2 years of high-volume call center experience preferred.

Experience with data entry and order processing is required.

Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and soft skills.

Flexible availability, especially from June to September (including evenings and Saturdays).

Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
