<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a <strong>highly dependable, self-motivated Wildlife Control Specialist</strong> based in the <strong>Bellevue area of Nashville</strong>. This role involves working directly with a trained Border Collie to humanely haze and relocate geese from client properties.<br><br>
</div><div>You will be responsible for managing daily service routes, handling a working dog, and representing our company professionally on-site.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Conduct <strong>daily goose management visits</strong> at assigned properties</li>
<li>Handle and work alongside a <strong>trained Border Collie</strong>
</li>
<li>Use humane hazing techniques to move geese off-site</li>
<li>
<strong>Vary visit times and strategies</strong> to prevent habituation</li>
<li>Document all visits with photos, notes, and reports</li>
<li>Communicate with management and occasionally with clients</li>
<li>Assist with <strong>nest monitoring and egg addling</strong> (seasonal, with permits)</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>

<strong>Non-Negotiables:<br></strong><br>

<strong>Extremely dependable</strong> – this role requires consistency every single day</li>
<li>Lives in or very near or within driving distance of <strong>Bellevue area of Nashville, TN</strong>
</li>
<li>Ability to <strong>house a working Border Collie</strong> (this is required)</li>
<li>Comfortable working <strong>independently with minimal supervision</strong>
</li>
<li>Physically able to walk long distances in all weather conditions</li>
<li>Experience riding a paddle board or willing to learn</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Preferred Background:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Degree or experience in <strong>Wildlife Biology, Environmental Science, Animal Science</strong>, or related field</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>dog handling, livestock, or working dogs</strong>
</li>
<li>Familiarity with wildlife behavior is a strong plus</li>

<strong>Work Environment<br></strong><br>

<li>Outdoor work in all conditions (heat, cold, rain)</li>
<li>Early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends required</li>
<li>Active, fast-paced, and physically demanding</li>
