About the role

At flyadeal, we are on a mission to redefine low-cost flying with smart, value-driven offerings. We're looking for an experienced Ancillary Revenue Manager to lead and grow our portfolio of revenue-generating products and services. This role will drive the strategic development, optimization, and performance of both internal and third-party ancillary offerings that directly impact our bottom line and enhance our customer journey.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and rollout of ancillary revenue products across all touchpoints.
  • Manage third-party partnerships, from RFP to ongoing performance and SLA compliance.
  • Track and report ancillary KPIs, providing both data and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to drive innovation and commercial advantage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed ancillary products in marketing, distribution, and operations.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to evaluate product performance.
  • Leverage CRM, market data, and insights to identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships.
  • Contribute to flyadeal’s broader commercial strategy with product-led innovation.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years in ancillary revenue, product development, or commercial airline roles.
  • Strong grasp of e-retail technologies, airline systems, and procurement processes.
  • Proven leadership in managing external partners and commercial contracts.
  • Confident communicator with strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Technology-driven mindset with attention to detail and commercial agility.
