We’re Hiring — Flutter & React Software Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Flutter & React Software Engineer who enjoys building exceptional products, solving challenging engineering problems, and contributing ideas that shape the future of healthcare technology.
This role is ideal for engineers who like working across mobile, web, connected devices, cloud systems, and user experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with product, AI, hardware, and clinical teams while building solutions that directly impact real-world healthcare outcomes.

Technical Requirements
Mobile & Frontend:
- Strong experience with Flutter and React.js
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and production-grade applications
- Strong understanding of state management patterns (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Experience implementing Clean Architecture and MVVM architectural patterns
- Performance optimization across mobile and web applications, including rendering efficiency, lazy loading, code splitting, and application responsiveness
- Memory optimization and resource management for mobile applications
- Experience designing reusable, modular, and scalable frontend architectures
- Understanding of offline-first and synchronization workflows
- Experience with application security best practices on web and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with Android and iOS deployment workflows, release management, signing, and store publishing processes
- Experience with debugging, profiling, crash analysis, and production issue investigation
- Strong focus on user experience, maintainability, and long-term product scalability
Backend & Integrations:
- Working knowledge of Python (FastAPI/Django preferred)
- Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure application design
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Connected devices & Real-time integrations
- BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) integrations with wearables and connected devices
- Device communication and hardware-integrated application development
- Experience or familiarity with WebRTC-based communication systems
- Understanding of cloud-connected and edge-deployed architectures
- Exposure to IoT ecosystems is a plus
Engineering and Deployment
- Git-based development workflows
- CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Docker and containerized application workflows
- Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Debugging, monitoring, and production support experience
