About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Frontend / Flutter Developer Intern to join our dynamic engineering team at Credes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects, contributing to the development of production-grade web and mobile applications. As a Frontend / Flutter Developer Intern, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, scalable, and responsive user interfaces across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams to create seamless user experiences, utilizing your expertise in React-based frameworks and Flutter. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in UI development, a passion for innovative technology, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of frontend development principles and hands-on experience with relevant frameworks and tools. You should have:
- Proficiency in React-based frontend frameworks such as React.js and Next.js, with a good understanding of server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Strong experience in Flutter development, including Dart programming, widget system, layout design, and navigation.
- At least 2–3 deployed projects (web or mobile) that demonstrate real user engagement and functional flows.
- A thorough understanding of frontend architecture, including component structuring, state management, and data flow.
- Solid knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to optimize UI performance and handle complex logic efficiently.
- Experience working with API integrations (REST and GraphQL) and asynchronous data handling.
- Ability to validate, debug, and refine AI-assisted code and UI outputs effectively.
- Must be currently located in India and eligible to work remotely.
Responsibilities
The intern will be expected to undertake a variety of responsibilities to contribute meaningfully to our projects, including:
- Design and develop responsive, scalable, and intuitive web interfaces using React-based frameworks, preferably Next.js.
- Create cross-platform mobile applications leveraging Flutter, ensuring consistency and performance across devices.
- Implement clean, reusable UI components and contribute to the development of comprehensive design systems.
- Manage application state effectively using tools such as Context API, Redux, Riverpod, or similar state management solutions.
- Integrate frontend components seamlessly with backend APIs, ensuring data accuracy and real-time updates.
- Optimize application performance through techniques like lazy loading, rendering optimizations, and reducing re-renders.
- Ensure UI consistency across various devices, screen sizes, and platforms, adhering to best responsive design practices.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude, while critically validating their outputs for quality and accuracy.
- Debug UI issues, handle edge cases, and resolve cross-platform inconsistencies to deliver a polished user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with backend, design, and product teams to align development efforts with project goals and timelines.
