Role Description
We are looking for a Flutter Developer with 0–1 year of experience who has hands-on exposure to building mobile applications in Flutter. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career developer who is passionate about app development, eager to learn, and comfortable using modern AI tools to improve speed and productivity.
This is a hybrid role based in Gurgaon, with 3–4 days per week work from office and the remaining days remote. We are flexible, but we value ownership, collaboration, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
What you till Do
- Build and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Work on UI implementation, API integration, bug fixing, and feature enhancements
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver quality solutions
- Participate in testing, debugging, and performance optimization of apps
- Contribute to full stack development tasks where needed, depending on your skills and interest
- Use AI-powered development tools effectively to improve productivity, code quality, and turnaround time
- Learn and adapt quickly in a startup-style execution environment
Primary Requirement
- Practical hands-on experience developing Flutter apps through internships, projects, freelance work, or employment
- Good understanding of Flutter, Dart, widgets, state management concepts, and API integration
- Ability to build responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces
Good to Have
- Exposure to full stack development in any tech stack
- Basic understanding of backend development, databases, APIs, and web applications
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and deployment basics
- Awareness of software development best practices and clean coding principles
What we are looking for

- Good communication and collaboration skills
- AI literacy and practical knowledge of using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate development
