We Are Hiring: Flutter Developer (2+ Years Experience – Mandatory)
We are looking for a highly competent Flutter Developer who can build and maintain production grade mobile applications. This role is suited for someone who has real hands on experience, understands application architecture, and can work independently while also supporting junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain scalable mobile applications using Flutter
2. Build clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices
3. Integrate REST APIs, ERP systems, and third-party services
4. Ensure application performance, stability, and responsiveness
5. Debug, test, and resolve production issues
6. Handle app deployment to Play Store and App Store
7. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Mandatory Requirements
1. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Dart and Flutter
2. Proven experience in REST API and third-party integrations
3. Strong experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar)
4. Solid understanding of state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod)
5. Experience building and maintaining production-level applications
6. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
7. Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
Preferred
1. Experience with ERP systems / ERP integrations
2. B.Tech / Computer Science or related background
3 .Exposure to Firebase or backend systems
4. Preffered Candidates from Kerala or Willing to relocate to Job Location
