About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Mobile Developer with strong expertise in Flutter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our mobile applications to ensure they meet high standards of quality, performance, and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of mobile app lifecycle management, from initial planning and development to deployment and post-launch support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to create seamless and engaging mobile experiences for our clients and end-users. Your role will also involve managing the entire release process, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices to optimize app functionality across platforms.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in mobile application development, particularly with Flutter and Dart. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proven experience in developing cross-platform applications for both iOS and Android devices, with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc is essential. Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and integrating third-party services like Firebase is also required. Additionally, proficiency with version control systems like Git, strong debugging skills, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and best practices are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire mobile app release cycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-launch updates.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
- Optimize application performance for responsiveness and efficiency across various devices and screen sizes.
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services such as Firebase.
- Implement best UI/UX practices to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Provide ongoing support during deployment, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain a clean codebase, and follow industry best practices for software development.
- Stay updated on the latest Flutter releases, tools, and development trends to continuously improve app quality.
- Support client communication and ensure timely delivery of project milestones, including night shift support as required.
