About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team at WTF Gyms. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end development of our flagship mobile application, ensuring it delivers a superior user experience on both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create visually stunning, intuitive, and high-performance features. Your expertise will help shape the future of our fitness app, making it more engaging, reliable, and innovative. Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years dedicated to Flutter development for production-grade apps.
- Proficiency in Dart programming language, Flutter widgets, animations, and custom UI components.
- Strong understanding of state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
- Knowledge of Firebase suite, including Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Push Notifications.
- Familiarity with design principles and platform-specific guidelines for iOS and Android.
- Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for design and user experience.
- Ability to debug, optimize, and scale applications for performance and reliability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the WTF mobile application to ensure a seamless user experience across iOS and Android devices.
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and mockups into pixel-perfect Flutter widgets that are visually appealing and function flawlessly.
- Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs that delight users and meet brand standards.
- Integrate backend APIs and third-party services to enable real-time data communication and functionality.
- Develop logical workflows and manage application state effectively using modern state management tools.
- Optimize app performance by reducing load times, ensuring smooth animations, and preventing crashes.
- Monitor application health using tools like Flutter DevTools, Firebase Crashlytics, and Sentry, and address issues proactively.
- Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to maintain high code quality and stability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new features, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter development, continuously improving coding practices and workflows.
