About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team at ICOINAGE SOFT LABS. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining our mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the mobile app lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and support. This position offers an initial remote work arrangement, with a future expectation of working from our office in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with backend and product teams to deliver seamless, modern, and user-centric mobile experiences. Your expertise will directly impact our healthcare platform's usability, reliability, and scalability, helping us to achieve our goal of delivering innovative healthcare solutions to a broad user base.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Flutter and mobile application development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality apps. You should have at least two published production mobile applications and experience independently managing app releases on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart is essential, along with a solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle management for both iOS and Android. Familiarity with TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console is required. Additionally, experience integrating GraphQL and REST APIs, optimizing app performance, and implementing effective state management strategies is highly valued. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, lead development initiatives, and utilize modern AI/GenAI tools to enhance productivity and code quality. A good grasp of mobile UI/UX principles and architecture is also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Publish, manage, and support mobile apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including handling beta testing, app reviews, and updates.
- Coordinate TestFlight, App Store releases, Play Console releases, and oversee production deployments to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Design and implement modern, responsive, and polished UI/UX experiences that meet user needs and expectations.
- Integrate GraphQL and REST APIs efficiently to connect frontend applications with backend services.
- Collaborate closely with backend development and product teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Debug and resolve performance issues, network problems, and platform-specific challenges to ensure app stability and reliability.
- Lead mobile development initiatives, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Independently own features from initial development through deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Leverage modern AI/GenAI development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and others to improve productivity and maintain high code standards.
