About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team at WTF Gyms. In this role, you will take ownership of our mobile application, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a high-quality app that provides a seamless experience to our users across both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create visually stunning, intuitive interfaces and ensure robust functionality. Your expertise will directly impact how our users engage with our fitness solutions, making you a vital part of our innovation-driven environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in mobile app development, with at least two years specifically in Flutter. You should possess strong proficiency in Dart programming, Flutter widget development, and custom UI components. Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod is essential. You must be skilled in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services, with a solid understanding of Firebase suite tools including Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Push Notifications. Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks is required. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for design, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering flawless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of the WTF mobile application, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance to ensure a high-quality user experience on both iOS and Android devices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and mockups into pixel-perfect Flutter widgets that are visually appealing and highly functional.
- Integrate backend APIs to facilitate real-time data communication and ensure data accuracy within the app.
- Develop and manage logical workflows and state management solutions to ensure smooth app performance and user interactions.
- Optimize the application for performance, including fast load times, smooth animations, and stability, by monitoring app metrics using tools like Flutter DevTools, Firebase Crashlytics, and Sentry.
- Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to maintain code stability and collaborate with QA teams to implement rigorous testing workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new features, improve existing functionalities, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Flutter development.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly to ensure the app remains reliable and scalable as user demand grows.
