ABOUT THIS POSITION Location - Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Mountainview, CA We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Program Manager to lead complex SAP implementations and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP technologies in manufacturing, or power & utilities sectors, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: •Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies aligned with business objectives. •Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. •Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders. •Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, business users, and IT teams. •Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery. •Change Management: Drive organizational change and adoption of new SAP solutions. •Financial Management: Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation. •Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards. •Problem-Solving: Analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions. •Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels. What does the ideal candidate bring to Fluence? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in SAP program management, including large-scale implementations. Proven experience in managing complex SAP projects, such as S/4HANA migrations, ERP implementations, or system upgrades. Deep understanding of SAP modules, including ECC, S/4HANA, FICO, SCM and RAR. Strong project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certification in SAP or project management (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Professional) is preferred.
