Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the FLS Direct Marketing Channel located in Lucknow. The role involves generating leads through direct marketing channels, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing top-tier customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets by promoting insurance products, conducting customer needs assessments, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, contributing to marketing efforts, representing the brand positively, and delivering exceptional client experiences will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Basic knowledge of Marketing strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the financial or insurance industry is an advantage
- A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
