Production Technician

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for operating various types of production equipment in the bakery. You will be trained to perform duties such as measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients, loading and unloading ovens, and packaging finished products. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with the production team to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
