• The Sales Enablement Training and Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and managing communications and training initiatives for Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and the sales team. • Ensure the delivery of effective, timely, and relevant information through various channels, including the IDP portal and workshops. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create educational content, enhance portal functionality, and support sales enablement strategies. • Play a key role in strengthening Franchisee engagement, improving operational knowledge, and aligning communications to support overall business objectives.
