What You’ll Drive
- Architectural Sovereignty: Define end-to-end solutions using Flowable (BPMN, CMMN, DMN) that set the gold standard for the region.
- Infrastructure & Cloud: Lead the charge on high-availability setups, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments.
- Innovation: Orchestrate the future by integrating AI Agents and decision engines within the Flowable ecosystem.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, translating vision into technical reality.
Who You Are
- The Blueprint Expert: You have deep mastery of Flowable (or comparable BPM engines) and understand the nuances of Identity Management (SSO/OAuth) and complex integration patterns.
- The Tech Polyglot: While you focus on architecture, you speak Java/Spring Boot and understand modern frontend frameworks like React.
- The Visionary: You don’t just build; you optimize. You are passionate about establishing the "Flowable Operating Model" and best practices.
Requirements
- Mid-Level: 2–5 years in Enterprise BPM Architecture.
- Senior: 5+ years with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-system Flowable implementations.
- Strong experience in REST, JMS, Event-driven patterns, and Security models.
