About the role

Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Director, Emergency Services. This position  serves as the program administrator of designated certificate and associate degree programs within the School of Health Professions. This includes current academic programs as well as any additional academic programs that may emerge. Work includes planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating for effective and efficient instructional systems, consistent with College functions, College philosophy and accreditation standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • Two (2) years of administrative or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with national, regional, and state accreditations, i.e., SACSCOC and CoAEMSP.
  • Budgeting experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate professionals as a cohesive team.
  • Knowledge of assessment in educational programs in higher education.

Annual Salary: $70,177.02
