CAR WORKSHOP FLOOR SUPERVISOR
We are seeking an experienced CAR WORKSHOP FLOOR SUPERVISOR to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car servicing, diagnostic repairs, and team handling. The role requires excellent technical leadership, planning, and organizational skills, as well as a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the car workshop floor team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee the allocation of work to team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement plans to improve workshop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer service excellence, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience throughout their interaction with the workshop.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a car workshop or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of car servicing, diagnostic repairs, and technical leadership.
- Excellent team handling and work allocation skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer service excellence and orientation, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
