Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Floor Supervisor Cum Recruiter located in Siliguri. The role involves overseeing floor operations, managing teams, and ensuring that service delivery meets organizational standards. The successful candidate will also handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, coaching team members, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for effective coordination and team management
- Customer Service abilities to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Experience in Training and Coaching team members to improve performance
- Proficiency in Sales to support recruitment and business objectives
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership qualities
- Ability to work in an on-site, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in security or facility management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in recruitment or team supervision preferred
