Number86 is looking for a sharp, hands-on Floor Manager who knows how to run a high-energy venue with confidence, pace, and standards.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who understands hospitality, commands a floor naturally, and can keep service smooth even when the room is full and the pressure is on.
What we need:• Strong floor presence and leadership• Excellent guest handling and communication skills• Ability to manage staff, service flow, and guest experience simultaneously• Sharp eye for details, cleanliness, presentation, and discipline• Experience in restaurants, bars, lounges, or premium hospitality venues preferred• Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure• Reliable, punctual, and serious about the role
What you’ll do:• Oversee daily floor operations• Lead and coordinate service teams during shifts• Ensure guests receive fast, polished, memorable service• Handle escalations professionally• Maintain standards across service, hygiene, and team performance• Work closely with management to improve operations
