Role Description The Floor Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the showroom or sales floor. This role ensures that customer interactions are handled professionally, products are presented effectively, and the team follows company standards and procedures. The Floor Supervisor supports sales activities, coordinates staff schedules, and monitors inventory levels to maintain product availability. They provide ongoing coaching and training to team members, help resolve customer issues, and collaborate with management to achieve sales and service targets. The role requires active presence on the floor, clear communication with staff and customers, and consistent implementation of operational policies.
