Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Supervisor located in Karunagappally. The Floor Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and addressing any operational challenges promptly. The Floor Supervisor will also assist in training team members, coaching them to maintain quality and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members and guests.
- Experience in Training and Coaching staff to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Basic knowledge and skills in Sales, with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and optimized service.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant vocational training or certifications in hospitality management are a plus.
