Role Description Benne Reserve is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the café floor and customer flow during peak hours.
• Welcome and guide customers with seating and service.
• Supervise and coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure fast service, cleanliness, and a great customer experience.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and operational efficiency throughout the shift.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality is preferred. (Freshers and College going students are also welcomed)
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
