Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager | Sommelier / Wine Advisor (multiple positions) for a full-time, on-site position at our location in Navi Mumbai. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing tailored wine recommendations, and managing the sales floor. Additional responsibilities include staff training, maintaining store standards and fostering a welcoming environment for customers to explore and purchase wines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service and Communication
- Knowledge of Operations Management and ability to oversee effective store operations
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members
- Exceptional knowledge of wines, including regions, grape varietals and food pairings
- Proven ability to build relationships and provide personalized advice to clients
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, on-site retail environment
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous
- Certification in wine education is a plus
