Floor Manager - Sales and Operations
Location- Bangalore
Experience - 6 to 10 Years
Trip Factory is looking for an experienced Floor Manager to lead our Sales and Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive team revenue and conversion targets
- Manage sales operations and SLA adherence
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals
- Monitor productivity attendance and operational performance
- Handle customer and booking escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in the Travel Industry FIT, MICE or Groups
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
Strong understanding of sales operations CRM systems and team performance management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
