🚨 Urgent Hiring – Store Manager / Floor Manager 🚨

🛍 Experience Required: 3+ year in Jewellery Retail
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate Jewellery Consultants/Sales Associates.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and training.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock movements, and stock audits.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate billing, cash handling, and daily store reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, security, and operational guidelines.
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and store discipline.
