We are hiring an experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wholesale showroom and ensure smooth coordination between sales, inventory, billing, and customer handling.
📍 Location: Zaveri Bazaar
🏢 Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing / Wholesale
💼 Experience Required: 10–15 Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and manage wholesale sales executives
✔ Ensure smooth “Selection to Billing” coordination process
✔ Maintain 100% inventory accuracy with zero discrepancies
✔ Drive sales performance and achieve business targets
✔ Handle customer complaint escalations with quick resolution
✔ Implement loss prevention & security protocols
✔ Conduct product and USP training for sales teams
✔ Monitor daily MIS reporting from order to delivery
Skills Required:
✅ Strong communication & leadership skills
✅ Problem-solving and operational management abilities
✅ Knowledge of inventory handling & showroom operations
✅ Basic IT & MIS reporting knowledge
✅ Languages Preferred: Hindi, English
