Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Manager located in the Mohali district. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include supervising floor staff, addressing customer inquiries, promoting customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to gym protocols. Additionally, the Floor Manager will play a key role in training employees and implementing operational improvements to enhance member experiences and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily gym floor operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper use of gym equipment
- Guide and support members during workouts
- Conduct and provide Personal Training (PT) sessions for gym members
- Create workout plans and assist members in achieving fitness goals
- Provide basic nutrition guidance to members
- Manage and coordinate trainers and floor staff
- Handle member queries and ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure gym rules, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
Requirements
- Experience as a Floor Manager, Gym Trainer, or in fitness operations
- Certified in Personal Training (PT) and Nutrition
- Strong knowledge of fitness training, exercise techniques, and diet planning
- Good communication and leadership skills
