We are hiring a Floor Manager for our new 80-cover dining space.
We’re looking for a confident hospitality professional who can lead front-of-house operations, ensure seamless service, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Role Includes:
• Managing floor operations and service flow
• Leading and training the service team
• Maintaining high guest satisfaction standards
• Coordinating with kitchen and management
Requirements:
Hotel management background, strong communication skills, and restaurant experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + incentives
