Level 2 is a private training studio offering a private and calm experience with a focus on limited memberships and personalized experiences. Members can book 90-minute training sessions through the app and have the flexibility to train independently or with their own personal coaches at no extra cost. The end to end operations of obtaining a membership and booking slots is done through the Level 2 App. The studio is fully equipped for HYROX-style training and also provides personal coaching options for members seeking additional guidance.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Floor Manager role located in Chennai. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a high standard of service quality. Core responsibilities include managing member experiences, optimizing gym operations, coordinating schedules, and upholding the facility's policies and cleanliness. They will also act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, support member training needs, and ensure the smooth running of the studio.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and strong skills in Communication to engage members and ensure a positive experience
- Proficiency in Operations Management and the ability to efficiently oversee daily studio functions
- Experience in Training or mentoring others is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
