Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager at Health Pillar Hospitals, located in North Dum Dum. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of hospital floors, manage and train staff, and handle patient inquiries. The role includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving service concerns efficiently, and maintaining operational standards. The Floor Manager will actively collaborate with various teams to align service delivery with organizational goals while fostering a safe and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to meet patient needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with patients, families, and staff professionally
- Experience in Operations Management for overseeing processes and ensuring floor efficiency
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for staff to uphold service and professional standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment while maintaining accountability
- Prior experience in healthcare or hospital management is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
