<div>Floor Interior Services (FIS) is hiring an <strong>Operations & Warehouse Coordinator</strong> in <strong>Wildwood, FL</strong> to support flooring installation operations.</div><div>This is a <strong>hybrid role</strong> that combines <strong>project coordination, installer support, warehouse organization, and forklift operation</strong>. We are not looking for someone who wants a desk-only job. We need someone who can keep materials organized, support daily install flow, communicate clearly, and step in physically when needed.</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Coordinate flooring installation jobs and help keep projects moving on schedule</li>
<li>Communicate with installers, customers, stores, and internal team members</li>
<li>Organize and stage materials for upcoming jobs</li>
<li>Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, move, and organize materials</li>
<li>Maintain accurate job notes, scheduling updates, and warehouse organization</li>
<li>Help resolve day-to-day issues involving materials, job readiness, and install support</li>
<li>Support overall operations so crews have what they need and customers stay informed</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>Prior experience in <strong>operations, warehouse, logistics, project coordination, or installation support</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>Forklift experience required</strong></li>
<li>Strong organization and follow-through</li>
<li>Comfortable using computers, email, and basic Microsoft Office tools</li>
<li>Able to handle both <strong>hands-on warehouse work</strong> and <strong>coordination/admin tasks</strong>
</li>
<li>Strong communication and sense of urgency</li>
<li>Flooring, home improvement, distribution, or supply-house experience is a plus</li>
